Hedeya Stores; this 13 year-old business is worth a decent review. It has opened a new market of elite toy stores in Cairo. Their team was the first to introduce the concept of gift registries in Egypt, although they haven’t really developed this feature much along the way. Today, I am only reviewing their mobile app. I assume that the biggest percentage of the company’s sales don't come from the app, because they have other very strong channels; basically the physical stores and the website (that appears to be a bit more updated than the app). But why am I reviewing the mobile app in specific? Because I think it is the easiest way to reach out to their main customer base (moms, apparently) through their mobile phones. Booming Breadfast

Not so long ago, Cairo residents got introduced to a simple bakery app with the creative name "Breadfast". The team proved themselves and succeeded to reach out to thousands of users who became loyal customers in a -relatively- short period of time. Along the way, the company (represented in the app), launched lots of new services thus features. And since I have been one of their first users, I would like to begin my blog posts with something to write about Breadfast.    I don't want to start boring, so I'll just pick few points to write down about Breadfast pros and cons, from a user perspective. Five things I like: Neat design The key is always simplicity. This app (especially when it first few versions) is a living proof.
